We are extremely happy with the job Joe and his team did on our backyard. From day 1, Joe not only listened to what we were looking for but he also provided his insight and expertise as to what would work best for our layout. The team at exterior pools did an amazing job on our new in-ground pool and back yard concrete. From the very first meeting to pool closing day, Joe was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was available any day or time to take phone calls or texts with questions and quickly responded. We made a last minute decision to add another large section of concrete that wasn’t an issue for him or the crew. We had a few minor changes requested during construction that was accommodated easily. Everyone was very professional, courteous and the housekeeping on the job site was very well maintained. There was no surprise costs or changes to the quote even though it was a year in advance. Would definitely recommend Joe’s exterior pools and concrete to family or friends.
